4 Week Independent Program: $300
Includes:
12 detailed workouts (3 per week)
15 minute weekly check-ins with Dan or Nikki via Zoom every week to keep you motivated and working to reach your fitness goals.
Mobility, dynamic warm-up, and cooldown routines complete with timers, movement descriptions, and/or exercise demos
A program you own for life; not tied to an app, website, or subscription service. Easy to view on any phone, laptop, or tablet and available for you to use again and again.
