FITNESS COACHING

We offer fully tailored independent training programming, as well as live virtual personal training as part of a 4 - 6 week program. These programs require an application and a free initial 15 minute consultation to get you ready to go.

 

Kettlebell Coaching

 

Specialized programming which can help you become more confident and comfortable using kettlebells (beginners), or help you master specific kettlebell movements (intermediate to advanced).
