4 Week Independent Program with Virtual Coaching: $450 

Includes: 

  • 12 detailed workouts (3 per week)

  • 2 x 1 hour live coaching sessions with Dan or Nikki via Zoom per week.

  • Direct access to the coaches for movement feedback, habit troubleshooting, and motivation to keep you on track.

  • A program you own for life; not tied to an app, website, or subscription service. Easy to view on any phone, laptop, or tablet and available for you to use again and again.
