4 Week KB Intermediate Instruction
Includes:
4 x 1 hour KB focused live virtual instruction sessions with Dan or Nikki via Zoom
Instruction on basic KB exercises as well as intermediate or advanced lifts like: Turkish Get Up, Windmills, Bent Press, Push Jerk, etc.
Direct access to the coaches for movement feedback, exercise troubleshooting, and motivation to keep you on learning
Pairs well with KB Kombine eBook (TBA)
