4 Week KB Intermediate Instruction

Includes: 

  • 4 x 1 hour KB focused live virtual instruction sessions with Dan or Nikki via Zoom

  • Instruction on basic KB exercises as well as intermediate or advanced lifts like: Turkish Get Up, Windmills, Bent Press, Push Jerk, etc. 

  • Direct access to the coaches for movement feedback, exercise troubleshooting, and motivation to keep you on learning

  • Pairs well with KB Kombine eBook (TBA)
